Our Licensed Practical Nurses all have had venipuncture training and are able to draw labs from patients in the office. Typically new patient appointments are longer than when you are a returning patient. At times, emergencies do occur in the office and our providers need to take time to stabilize the emergent condition. Our promise to you is that we will take the time necessary to address your condition.
During your visit we will make every effort to provide you with the best and highest level of service at the least cost to you. We do not know the particulars of your health contract nor does the insurance company share this information with providers. However, we have extensive experience in billing and are able to answer most of your questions regarding coverage issues as per general insurance policies.
Your co-pay is established by your insurance provider through a negotiated contract with your or your primary card-holder’s employer. Co-pays are owed at every encounter based on your insurance.
Unless requested otherwise, all prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy. Controlled substances cannot be sent to the drugstore electronically and must be written on a hard prescription for presentation to the pharmacist.
